What You Will Be Doing:
Training Program Design & Execution: Develop and implement company-wide training programs tailored to support the growth and development of our diverse workforce.Leadership Development: Work closely with management to create and deliver leadership development programs that enhance managerial skills and prepare teams for future challenges.Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to provide targeted training solutions that drive both individual and organizational success.Employee Onboarding: Streamline and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one.Performance Coaching: Provide ongoing performance coaching and support to employees and managers to help them achieve their career goals.Learning Culture Promotion: Foster a company-wide culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to engage in professional development and upskilling.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and analytics to refine and enhance development initiatives.Who You Are:
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Training & Development roles, preferably within a scaling company or fast-paced environment.Strategic Mindset: Ability to align training programs with overall business goals and long-term strategy.Innovative Approach: Knowledge of the latest trends and tools in corporate training, with the ability to implement innovative learning solutions.Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with employees at all levels and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.Multicultural Awareness: Experience working in multicultural environments, particularly within the EU.Analytical Skills: Strong capability in assessing training needs, measuring program effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions.Hiring Process For This Role:

The position is open at the company hubs: Spain, Cyprus, and Poland. Cyprus: Relocation package is provided. Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or an NIE (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
