How to contribute to our vision As a Training Developer, you will be responsible for designing and operationalizing the training solutions, both in-class, virtual & digital, in collaboration with multicultural subject matter experts from Technology, Health & Safety, Operations, and our Training Centers. Your responsibilities will cover: Executing Training Needs Analysis Designing learning products, using the ADDIE model, specifying educational instructions, and other learning materials Performing handovers of designed training products to our train the trainers & instructors Proactively influencing and contributing to project deliverables and timelines Shaping the processes and tools for learning solutions Collaboration with related entities and roles across our learning organization, and with our vendors What You Need to Make a Difference We are looking for someone with an interest in being part of a project-driven department, having a solid focus on delivering effects that bring value to the organization. You have proven experience in the wind industry or similar, preferably with a mechanical and electrical background, and can successfully relate to the operational and technical environment that our target audience works in. It is an advantage to have experience with training, either having a record of designing and deploying technical training products based on the needs analysis, or teaching experience. As a person, you have a structured approach that allows you to execute according to project scope and timeline, an innovative mindset that supports you to contribute with creative solutions for competence deficiencies identified operationally, and a positive attitude that allows you to establish good relationships with colleagues and our collaborative partners.
