The Training and Educational Experience Coordinator provides dedicated support to teammates (both full-time and seasonal) who are working to deliver amazing experiences for our students. Specifically, this position will assist the larger Academics and Product Delivery training needs in the individual student travel business units and on programs. Ability to provide remote support during training events on occasional nights and weekends is required. This position may provide some travel and overtime opportunities.
This Position Serves As Support For:Training and training-related materialsOngoing maintenance of learning management system (LMS) and instructional design softwareCreation and revision of virtual modules through programs such as Articulate 360Remote and virtual event management Responsibilities:Participate in the support of training curriculum and event management in accordance with the training objectivesCreate and coordinate event schedule organization and logisticsOversee training facilitator trackingAnalyze training performance using facilitator and attendee assessment dataSupport system admin requirements for LMS functionalityUpdate and support online training modulesTeam email management and communicationOrder training materials and handbooksAdditional creative and administrative tasks as requested Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Bachelor's degreeProfessional English communication skills, both written and verbal; attentive proofing and editing skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft tools:Experience with ExcelWordPowerPoint development and designExperience managing virtual meeting platforms and collaboration toolsExperience working within creative design platforms to generate visually informative and attractive documents and newslettersOpenness to learning new skills, platforms, and organization structuresProject management experienceExcellent customer service skills and ability to respond to internal and external client requests in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentThe ability to analyze and solve problems at both a strategic and functional levelAcute attention to detail as demonstrated through organization, documentation, effective time management, and prompt follow-upFlexibility between collaborative teamwork and independent self-pacingAbility to remain focused and self-motivatedA team-first mentality, supporting open communication, a positive attitude and a positive team cultureMission-centered decision making
