Job Purpose Provide support in digital tools to ensure that all crew members are trained for line operations and develop new processes to simplify and ensure compliance with the regulatory framework.
Main Accountabilities Manage Gladtolink digital platform for the development of new processes and review of forms submitted by instructors, ensuring follow-up and completion control.Knowledge of databases and their interaction with digital tools available.Support the continuous improvement of the department by reviewing and updating procedures.Review the Operations Manual and internal manuals to reflect updates to the developed applications, ensuring they are communicated to the application users.Main Responsibilities - Tasks Maintain training databases and their interaction across different platforms.
Knowledge of programming languages (SQL/Python) is required for interaction between various databases.Activate and monitor electronic reports submitted by instructors on the electronic records platform (Gladtolink app and internal apps).Manage all queries and concerns from crew members received through Salesforce.Review and update manuals associated with the applications and tools used.Ensure compliance with the standards of the regulatory framework and the company's operational safety in all matters within your area of responsibility.Main Relationships Flight & Cabin Crew Departments.Roster Department.Flight and Cabin crew members.IT Department.Education Degree or FP desired in IT, Aviation, or Business.Experience Experience in the Aeronautical sector is desired.Must have worked with digital tools/learning applications and databases.Competencies Communication, Proactive and Resolutive skills.High capacity to work independently and in groups.High Office 365 knowledge (Advanced Excel is a must).Must have SQL & Python.Languages Spanish C1English B2Location Viladecans HQ
