Job Purpose Support managing the e-learning and digital training record reporting platform to ensure that all crew members are properly trained and certified for line operations.
Develop and streamline administrative processes related to training delivery and certification tracking.
Main Accountabilities Manage the e-learning platform, activating the required courses for crew members following the Crew Training Programme.
Assistance through Salesforce for all queries and doubts from crew members, related to the e-learning training courses.
Management and monitoring of the digital training record reporting platform: review of the forms sent by the instructors, monitoring, and control of completion.
Support for the continuous improvement of departmental processes, with a focus on optimizing existing administrative procedures related to training management.
Review and update the Operations Manual to ensure alignment with current administrative practices, proposing enhancements where necessary.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks Schedule e-learning training courses for flight & cabin crew at the e-learning platform: activation, control, and monitoring, updating of training records and expires in AIMS.
Communicate to those crew members about their e-learning course, which has not yet been performed.
Deliver the updated training "expiration dates" once crew members have completed the e-learning training course.
Deal with all crew members queries & doubts received in Salesforce.
Assign and follow up on all e-learning cases.
Activation and follow-up of electronic reports issued by instructors from the electronic records platform (Gladtolink app).
Maintain and update the Training section of the Operations Manual to ensure it reflects current administrative practices and compliance requirements.
Guarantee that the standards of the company's regulatory framework and operational safety are met in all matters within its competence.

Education Degree or Vocational Training (FP) Experience Desired administrative role where duties included scheduling, activation, monitoring, and updating records.
Desired previous work experience in a regulated environment or regulatory compliance.
Competencies High communication, resolution & resolutive skills.
High capacity to work independently and in groups.
High motivation, proactivity, and initiative skills.
