Training Administrator

Ryanair Engineering delivered by SIAM is one of four facilities in Europe that make up the Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Engineering group. At the facility in Seville, we are responsible for conducting extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair's fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft.We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join our dedicated team. We are currently looking for:TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR Requirements:Preparing and archiving all paperwork from coursesLiaise with RYR Stansted Training teamCreating training course calendar for respective MROAct as Internal Verifiers and as Exam InvigilatorsEnrolment of students onto training coursesLiaising with area managers and liaison engineers to ensure requirements of the trainee programs are achievedLiaise with respective MRO management teams on training Totara mattersCoordinate all training issues (e.G., update training documentation, update training registers, update training statistics register)Liaise with local colleges on OJT opportunities/open daysExpectations:Strong IT skillsFluent EnglishStrong organizational and planning skillsStrong communication (written & oral)Must have initiative; be enthusiastic and understand the importance of professional integrityFlexibility and ability to adapt to change quicklyExperience in aviation advantageousKnowledge of AMOS advantageousBenefits: Being part of a project in continuous growth of opportunitiesEmployment type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
