Specifically, you will interface with customers, distributors, and installation teams to ensure they are qualified to install the EP Cube residential energy storage solution and CSI inverters. As a Technical Trainer, you will track training progress and drive completion through certification of all trainees. You will be part of a talented team consisting of engineers who offer in-house advice and support to their colleagues as well as premium service towards our customers.Who you are?The person in this role must have an attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. They possess a team-oriented approach and the ability to work with different personalities and professional styles are essential. They are comfortable presenting in front of a group of folks in person or in a webinar setting engaging participants.
