This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Brief Summary Of The RoleThe role's main objective is to deliver technical training courses on HPE CMS Assurance products and solutions to customers, HPE CMS Delivery, and HPE CMS Support.ResponsibilitiesFocused on HPE CMS Assurance products and solutions.Delivers trainings to target customer technical audiences, to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.Contribute to instructional materials creation (slide-deck, test-bed installation, hands-on exercises).Supports a learning environment with advance preparation, constructive feedback, and response to learner needs.Builds credibility by developing knowledge of solution content.Develops skills and knowledge needed to incorporate legal, ethical, and cultural issues relevant for solution delivery.Assists with the delivery of corporate-, business-, or function-wide delivery solutions that impact multiple business units globally.Partner with Education Services team members to enhance overall training quality and delivery expertise.Manage customer feedback on product usage and loop back to product management and R&D teams.Job LevelExpertHewlett Packard Enterprise is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
