What you will do in this role

As an Trainer/CRM Lead on our team, you will:
Prepare and provide trainings on call handling, sales techniques, CRM management etc.Deliver (or facilitate where applicable) trainings for new starters, upskill, product launches and system changes.Provide written feedback of each trainee to the Team Leads after training completion.Collect feedback from trainees 2 weeks after training to discover possible improvement points.Liaise on a regular basis with SV and CRM SME to ensure that training needs are met on the floor.Be the point of contact for all training related matters. This includes attending all training meetings.Liaise with other departments for any additional training needed.Identify areas of improvement and provide structured and timely recommendations (verbal and/or written).Your qualifications

Are bilingual or proficient in English.Have strong organization skills.Have excellent communication skills, can manage relationships across all levels of the company.Are able to easily transmit enthusiasm and positive energy.Are a data-driven individual, confident in analysing data to derive insights and recommend improvements to CRM strategies.Are proficient in using CRM reporting tools to generate dashboards, track KPIs etc.It will be a plus if you: Have 2-5 years of solid CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.Have additional language skills.Have international experience.What's in it for you
