What you will do in this role In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.
As an Trainer/CRM Lead on our team, you will: - Prepare and provide trainings on call handling, sales techniques, CRM management etc - Create & update training schedule - Deliver (or facilitate where applicable) trainings for new starters, upskill, product launches and system changes.
- Provide written feedback of each trainee to the Team Leads after training completion - Collect feedback from trainees 2 weeks after training to discover possible improvement points - Liaise on a regular basis with SV and CRM SME to ensure that training needs are met on the floor - Be the point of contact for all training related matters.
This includes attending all training meetings - Liaise with other departments for any additional training needed - Identify areas of improvement and provide structured and timely recommendations (verbal and/or written) Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
