ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for purchasing admin activities related to subcontractors, key components,
and service providers for PV and Wind projects.
You will support the qualification processes of external entities such as subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
You will conduct financial-risk analysis and create working procedures in collaboration with the relevant teams/departments to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
You will assist in budget forecasting and allocation, management of purchase orders and invoices, tracking and monitoring of the correct budget fulfillment.
You will support in contract negotiations for related matters.
RequirementsYou finished your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.You already have some first working experience in procurement management (especially purchasing related), preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector.You are proficient in MS Office.You are business fluent in English and Spanish, and language skills in Portuguese is an advantage.Please send your CV in English!
