The Opportunity This is your chance to be part of the Project Management team in Arup Madrid and support the rest of the team in the coordination and daily management of projects and other consulting services. You will also have the opportunity of being involved in cost management, control and deal with clients and suppliers. As a Project Management Trainee at Arup, you will: Work with the team in project coordination and with the rest of the teams to offer organizational solutions that promote efficient project delivery. Assist with the delivery of bids, reports and other documents to ensure production of deliverables on time and within agreed budgets. Assist in document quality control, and the financial control of the project, costs and budgets. Support in the monitoring of projects and attend internal and external meetings with clients and suppliers. Does this role inspire you? We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about Project Management to join our team. Ideally, you'll bring: To be currently studying Architecture, Building, Engineering (focused on construction) or similar. Great interest in the construction industry, real estate sector and in continuing to develop a career in comprehensive project management. Advanced use of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Presto and MS Project / Primavera. Knowledge in BIM Management (knowledge in modeling and coordination of BIM models at a basic level will be valued). Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Master's studies in Project Management. Knowledge and interest in the area of modeling/financial viability applied to real estate projects. Conditions Be enrolled in the university to be able to establish an agreement with the University. Immediate incorporation. Duration: 6 months of extendable internship (possibility of joining after completing the internship). Schedule: From 20 to 40 hours per week to be defined with the student.
