Join our Team and you'll support the Export Manager on the Strategic Africa Project, aiding our North & West African subsidiaries. You'll oversee logistics, provide excellent customer service, implement brand strategies, and assist with market studies and compliance, driving success across key markets.
Responsibilities: You will support the Export Manager on the "Strategic Africa Project".
You will provide Commercial and Business Development support to our subsidiaries in North & West Africa.
You will supervise all the logistics processes, detecting issues and providing excellent customer service.
You will drive the definition of the strategy and implementation of the brand and commercial objectives, managing distributors and agents in the assigned countries.
Aligning with key distributors, you will support defining, negotiating, monitoring, and adapting plans and investments for each key market, each brand, and the retail channel.
You will assist in implementing the figure of Area Sales Manager, both in Pharmacy and Hospitals channels, together with our representation in Africa.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are correctly translated.
You will back up the achievement of Market Studies, Benchmarking Analysis, and, together with the Marketing team, define brand priorities in each market, according to the channel and its corresponding actions (sell-in and sell-out).
Review and follow-up of forecast and new product launch plans in coordination with the team.
You will support monitoring the P&L by country and Order to Cash processes.
You will ensure compliance with legal requirements in terms of contracts and agreements with distributors and support in identifying opportunities as well as potential risks.
Qualifications: You must be close to graduating from college or a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Engineering, or related areas. Knowledge of logistics and international trade will be valued.
You must be able to sign an internship agreement with your University for one year.
You must be able to start the internship in September.
You must have a high command of English and French languages.
You must have a good command of Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
