Your role
We seek a Global Marketing Trainee to join the Global Marketing team and help us develop projects such as innovation & relaunch development or communication management collaborating with the local marketing teams in the specialized channel.
What you will do
Reporting to the France Brand Manager Nature's Variety, you will support the team working on projects such as communication to end consumers and vets, website management & optimization, support on Innovation projects & competitors/market reporting. The position involves the following tasks:
Innovation projects 2025 (Snacks, Freeze Dried & Wet Cat): support the team in developing new product code creation, pack design, artwork, toolkit, or website adaptation.
Always on content creation for Spain & France: support the team in validating social media content and blog articles. Monitor competitors and spot opportunities for new content.
Vets Acceleration Plan (Spain): support the team in creating ad hoc materials to encourage vets' prescriptions.
Market and competitors reporting, collecting insights across markets (innovation and communication).
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, strong ownership and autonomy, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Prior internship or work experience in FMCG is a plus.
An excellent level of English and Spanish is a must, French or Italian would be a plus.
You can sign an internship agreement with your school.
