Position: Contract Management TraineeAs a Contract Management Trainee, you will assist in the following activities:
SubEPC Contract Support: Assist in managing, negotiating, and administering SubEPC contracts for PV and wind power construction projects, coordinating closely with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, and Legal teams.Internal Coordination: Support internal coordination for all SubEPC contract-related matters during the preparation, negotiation, signing, and construction phases.Record Management: Help organize and maintain records of official correspondence with subcontractors and clients after contract signature.Compliance Monitoring: Assist in ensuring contract compliance with the company's policies and procedures.Deadline Tracking: Support the tracking of Main Contract deadlines and terms as they apply to SubEPC contracts to minimize potential risks.RequirementsYou have an undergraduate degree or finished studies in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a comparable course of study.You are advanced in MS Office.You are business fluent in English and Spanish; any other language such as Portuguese, German, French and/or Italian is a plus.You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are a proven team player.Please send your CV in English!
