Do you want to join a dynamic and convivial company, leader in the market? Pernod Ricard España is looking for a business analyst intern (6-10 months) in its Ops finance business analyst team, based in Madrid, Spain.
You will help the Finance Operation team with the planification of the industrial finance performance review, for an activity that (i) covers 3 production sites for more than 20 brands (both domestic and international brands), a large distribution footprint (ii) and support the Spain domestic spirits and wines sales. As such, you will support the analysis of rentability of our sites, review industrial performance and actively participate in the projects of transformation.
Your key missions will include: Adapt and create monthly performance analysis on the industrial activity to share with ops teams & top managementGenerate monthly reporting and analysis of plant production costs ensuring integrity of the information provided and facilitating plants control of their budget.Provide a monthly analysis of variances vs Budget and participate in monthly follow-up meetings with industrial and logistics teams.Update Dashboards and PL reports.Produce quarterly group operations KPIs reports.Contribute to quarterly financial reforecast and construction of annual standard costsAnalyze new costs assumptions, consolidate and review of teams' information.Ensure the integrity of data reported in the affiliate EPM.Participate in the transformation journey of the finance and companyHelp develop and implement new automated BI reports to improve team efficiency and customer service to Ops.Review processes with the whole business analysis team.Participate in transversal projects in relation to the area:Provide support to marketing teams in New product development Business cases.Give support in the Annual external Audit.Profile: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent or senior student about to graduate.A previous internship or business experience is a strong plus.Fluent in English & Spanish.Competencies: Good comprehension of financial processes (Budgeting, financial closure, reporting).Solid Excel competencies, basic skills in BI.
