Job Title: Trainee Job Description Summary Job Description Functions: Work together and as a team under the supervision of the technical managers of the Asset Services Spain department.
Collaboration with the technical team of Asset Services Spain for the correct monitoring of the technical-legal compliance of the assets and the adaptation to their legal requirements.
Control of the document repository and its organization.
Collaboration with the technical team of Asset Services Spain for the correct updating and periodic monitoring of data in the company's internal management tools.
Active collaboration in the documentary supervision of projects and works, generation of monitoring reports.
Active collaboration in the supervision and improvement of processes related to the HS policy of assets.
Development, maintenance, control of tools and interaction between them.
Collaboration in the control, development and digitization of document processes necessary for constant improvement in the Technical Department of Asset Services Spain.
Collaboration on the needs arising from sustainable asset management, tool management and communication with tenants and service companies.
Active collaboration in relation to obtaining and/or maintaining certifications, as well as the maintenance of the platforms derived from their management.
Collaboration in management, search and document order.
Profile: High level of English.
Management and organizational capacity, preference for administrative tasks will be valued.
Communication skills.

Involvement with the company.
Driver's license.
Minimum studies: Technical or Higher Engineering.
Technical Architecture or Building Engineer.
Complementary studies related to technical asset management and sustainability will be positively valued.
