Responsibilities: Procurement of materials and control of material availability for the manufacture of ultrasonic sensors. Tracking and control of material requirements planning and delivery dates using SAP/R3 and Excel. External and internal tracking of material flow through the supply chain to completion of the manufacturing process. Coordination of material distribution in critical shortage situations through weekly conference calls and allocation files on the BOSCH Intranet. Close cooperation with suppliers in case of material shortages through priorities and instructions in the supplier's production planning. Coordination of material support to other BOSCH plants. Communication with suppliers, carriers and international departments within the BOSCH group (German, English and Spanish). Ordering and follow-up of special transports. Qualifications: High level of Spanish, English and German (desirable). Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP desirable. High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure. Strong willingness to work, flexibility essential. University enrollment.
