To strengthen our Digital Marketing and Demand Generation team, we are looking for a full-time Commercial Marketing trainee (m/f/x) for our location in Madrid, Spain.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Marketing Trainee to join our team and assist in various aspects of marketing and sales support, with a strong focus on data management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop both their analytical and marketing skills in a fast-paced commercial environment. The trainee will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing and sales activities, including digital campaigns and global events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Reporting:
- Use Excel to create, maintain, and update spreadsheets for tracking key marketing metrics such as event performance and customer data.
- Perform data cleansing to ensure information accuracy and consistency across different files.
2. Excel Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct basic data analysis using Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas to derive insights from marketing data.
- Help prepare marketing & sales presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word), Power Bi.
3. Marketing Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns.
- Help track and measure the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to improve future strategies.
- Organize global events attendee data, supporting the team for an accurate post-event analysis.
Requirements:
Education:
- Completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, charts).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word).
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with data analysis, marketing internships, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SAP CRM, Salesforce) or marketing tools is an advantage.
