As a first customer contact point, the commercial sales desk handles and coordinates all commercial requests to keep customer service and satisfaction at a high level. In coordination with the field sales team and sales manager, the sales desk will identify sales opportunities for proactive selling using all ZF systems. Support all customers (50) at the country level.
