We are strengthening our team in Sales Support at our location in Madrid.
As a first customer contact point, the commercial sales desk handles and coordinates all commercial requests to keep customer service and satisfaction at a high level.
In coordination with the field sales team and sales manager, the sales desk will identify sales opportunities for proactive selling using all ZF systems.
Support all customers (50) at the country level.
The sales desk will work in cooperation with teams across the EMEA region.
What you can look forward to as Trailer Sales Desk: Attend customer calls: analyze and solve customer requests Shared customer responsibility with Commercial and/or Technical Field Sales colleagues Manage all tasks and questions concerning order handling and order management Guarantee high personal availability on the phone Monitor and follow up on all order processes: enter in the system, control of offers handed over, forecast tracking, overdue follow-up, warranty Active sales promotions Regular analysis of turnovers Identify sales potential and develop plans to realize Your profile as Trailer Sales Desk: Degree education in a related area At least 2 years of experience in the commercial area or in a similar role Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
SAP, Cognos, Salesforce knowledge would be a plus Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language (French, German) would be a plus Drive to results: dynamic and proactive Communication skills: customer focus The compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
