Your responsibilities Site Administration and Architecture: Oversee the administration and architecture of the Trafoschool platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience Process and Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automated processes and workflows, including approvals, certifications, and billing SharePoint Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of SharePoint to design and manage site architecture Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility Power BI Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive Power BI reports to support data-driven decision-making LMS Integration: Lead the integration of Trafoschool with the selected Learning Management System (LMS) Strategic Project Leadership: Drive strategic projects involving artificial intelligence and augmented reality to enhance platform capabilities Continuous Improvement: Propose and develop enhancements to improve Trafoschool functionalities and streamline administrative tasks Your backgorund Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in IT platform management, with a focus on SharePoint architecture and database management Strong experience with database management and Power BI report preparation Expertise in process automation and workflow management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Innovative and creative mindset with a proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
