About the roleWe are looking for a highly organized and efficient Traffic Manager to join our creative studio team. The Traffic Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of all creative and studio assets within the agency. You will act as the bridge between account managers, creatives, and production teams to ensure projects run on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Project Scheduling: Manage, and update production schedules for multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.Workload Management: Assign and prioritize tasks across the creative and studio team (designers, copywriters, art-workers, motion designers) based on workload, skill set, and project timelines.Balance workloads across multiple projects.Anticipate bottlenecks or delays and propose solutions to maintain timelines.Reprioritize tasks in response to changing client demands or internal capacity.Liaison Between Departments: Act as the point of contact between account management, creative, and production teams, ensuring all departments are aligned on deliverables and timelines.Monitor Workflow: Track project progress at each stage of the creative process and adjust schedules when necessary to accommodate shifting deadlines or changes in scope.Quality Control: Ensure that deliverables meet the client's brief and are consistent with the agency's standards.Review work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements before final delivery.Resource Allocation: Ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet project needs and deadlines.Arrange for Cover: Hire freelance resources or temporary staff to cover surplus work or team member absences (e.G., time off, holidays) to ensure no disruptions to project timelines or deliverables.Problem Solving: Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep the creative process running smoothly.Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure transparency on project status
