Trusting Neolith means having a guarantee.Reporting directly to our Tradeshow & Expansion Manager in Headquarters, Neolith joins a Tradeshow & Expansion Project Manager. His/Her mission will be:Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of trade show participation, including registration, setup, and breakdown.Oversee the inventory and stock of materials needed for trade shows, ensuring adequate supply and timely replenishment.Organize and manage the shipment of materials and products to and from trade shows, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Communicate with vendors and suppliers to arrange for services, materials, and equipment needed for trade shows.Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to ensure smooth operations during trade shows.Monitor and manage budgets related to trade show logistics, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Handle various paperwork and documentation required for trade show participation, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines.Job Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Logistics… or any related field.Minimum 2 – 3 years of background in logistics with a proper knowledge and hands-on experience in tradeshows.Previous experience in Stone, furniture sector or any related field.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.Availability to travel.We Offer:Full time/permanent contract in a global, fast-growing and innovative group.
