Looking to the future, our ambition is to continuously reinvent ourselves, leveraging data to be at the forefront of analytics, technology, and talent to accomplish our purpose in a better, faster, and simpler way.Bunge is committed to operating and thriving in the digital world, creating world-class agile teams where teammates are empowered and encouraged to collaborate and test and learn to succeed.Some responsibilities of the Trader Assistant - Galicia include:Be part of a well-experienced team with a versatile mindset and full alignment with the Sales Department.Standardize all plant requirements for loading for the 3 plants and create a database of customer logistic requirements.Negotiate the freight cost to the customer in coordination with the Sales Manager to have a minimum of 3 competitive freight offers for our customer portfolio.Centralize all call-offs/complaints from the 3 plants to be responsible for (Barcelona/Cartagena/Bilbao). It is proven to work efficiently on a central basis.Accommodate call-offs for each of the plants according to the refineries' planning.Forecast the monthly needs aligned with the refinery utilization and sales program forecast.Manage customer pricing and contracts, meaning to be accountable for the execution of the contracts, pushing sales responsible to monitor backlogs and financing charges.Follow up on the receivables to keep track of the performance of our Working Capital and try to implement all the financial tools in place to improve our KPIs (ROIG).Have a positive attitude towards continuous improvement/learning.Be knowledgeable of the current systems to automate flows and get the best info through the existing ERP (SAP).We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:5 years of working experience.University degree in business or another related field.Skilled in decision-making and negotiation.Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages (French and Catalan) will be a plus.Customer focus, teamwork, entrepreneurship, results orientation, independence, ability to make decisions, and influence others.At Bunge, people don't just come here to work; they come here to grow, solving challenges that directly impact the world with a diverse team of thinkers and doers.If this description reflects your profile or ambition, we're looking forward to seeing your application and motivation in English by hitting apply!In case of questions, please reach out to Aitor Alonso (Talent Acquisition Specialist).Acquisition by agencies is not appreciated; we do not use agencies at this moment for our recruitment.
