Some responsibilities of the Trader Assistant - Galicia are: Be part of a well-experienced team, with a versatility mindset & full alignment with the Sales Department.
Standardize all plants requirements for loading for the 3 plants and create a database of the customer logistic requirements.
Negotiation of the freight cost to customer in coordination with the Sales Manager to have a minimum of 3 freight competitive offers for our customer portfolio.
Centralize all call-offs/complaints from the 3 plants (Barcelona / Cartagena / Bilbao) to work efficiently on a central basis.
Accommodate call-offs per each of the plants according to the refineries planning.
Forecast of the monthly needs aligned to the refinery utilization and sales program forecast.
Customer pricing & Contract management: accountable for the execution of contracts, pushing sales responsible to monitor backlogs and financing charges.
Follow up of the receivables to track the performance of our Working Capital and implement financial tools to improve our KPIs (ROIG).
Positive attitude towards continuous improvement / learning.
Knowledgeable of current systems to automate flows and get the best info throughout the existing ERP (SAP).
We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate: +/- 5 years working experience.
University degree in business or another related field.
Skilled in decision-making & negotiation.
Fluent in Spanish & English; other languages (French & Catalan) will be a plus.
Customer focus, teamwork, entrepreneurship, results orientation, independence, ability to make decisions & influence others.
