With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.**_Your day to day with us:_**- Lead POS Material & Item buying process with agencies & suppliers to ensure activation at the PoS- Coordinate effective landing of POS Materials & item activation with internal teams (marketing, legal, budget, logistics & sales teams)- Ensure the correct landing of commercial calendar into SFA- Support Shopper Marketing & Sales teams in ad-hoc reports according to business needs ( Stocks, Promo calendar, Display, Sales Reports, Summer Program )- Support on having an updated database of the PoS for linking activation- Monitor performance of activations- Manage AECOC information process- Communicate effectively the diferent activation calendar to sales teams (KA & Field)- Coordinate activation of customer agreements with Key Accounts- Coordinate events material & sampling for clients**Qualifications****_What will you need to succeed?:_**- Previous experience in FMCG companies will be desirable, preferable in Trade Mkt, Shopper Mkt, Key Accounting, Category or Marketing.- Ability to work in a cross functional environment and with collaboration spirit.- Empathic and strong communication skills to influence sales team and other stakeholders.- Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables)- Fluent Spanish & English Skills.**_ What makes us different?_**- Hybrid working model: combination of remote and collaborative office experience to enable innovation- Flexible work schedule- Variety of benefits to support your physical, emotional and financial wellbeing- Professional growth possibilities & learning opportunities- Volunteering opportunities to help external communities- Space to be you to promote our Diversity & Inclusion strategy**_ Being you at PepsiCo:_**PepsiCo is an equal opportunity employer, committed to helping people lead healthier lives and supports workforce diversity.
