And that is valued.That is why we want to be a driving force for change through sustainable food.What will you do in your day-to-day?Opportunity to learn from an exceptional marketing team in high growth, healthy and sustainable product categories such as Kombucha, Ready Meals, and Cold-Pressed juices.Lead the creation of value for the brand in our customers, making the shopping experience satisfying with shopper needs.Coordinate and lead with the design department or design the definition, supervisory and preparation of creativities for POS in accordance with the brand strategy.Analyze and track post-promotion evaluations to gauge success concerning sales, profit, and ROI.Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking for each distribution channel.Support the management of our brands: product and portfolio management, market analysis and trends identification, proposal of strategic growth plans for each distribution channel (hospitality, ecommerce, and FMGC).Support the Brand Manager and contribute to marketing plans' definition (innovation pipeline, pricing strategy, promotions, and communication):Define format and pricing strategy by channel.Define promotional plan.Define, control, and manage marketing budgets.Apply Brand positioning for the different distribution channels.Analyze and manage Flax E-Commerce optimization.Manage Trade marketing campaigns: proposal, implementation, follow-up, and result analysis.Project Management of new initiatives in coordination with R+D and Industrial Design Departments as well as external providers (e.g., packaging).What do we need?Bachelor's degree in business administration. Postgraduate in Marketing is a plus.Fluent Spanish and English, both verbal and written.Interest in healthy food and lifestyle.Proactivity, energy, and adaptability to change.Autonomy, flexibility, and empathy.Team Player: Must be able to prioritize tasks and do what's best for the team.
