Trade Marketing Specialist

As an International Marketing and Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting growth and the achievement of volume and margin targets in countries through distributors for a leading market company. Our client is looking for a professional with experience in commercial marketing and trade marketing, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Key Responsibilities:Support in country management to contribute to volume and margin growth and achievement of the plan.Analysis of Sell Out data provided by Nielsen and drawing conclusions to present internally and to the distributor.Provide commercial support by preparing presentations for Trade to increase distribution.Work on developing POS materials to enhance visibility at the point of sale.Launch and oversee international projects in coordination with various company departments.Work closely with the Media team for the execution of international television and digital campaigns, as well as post-campaign sell-out analysis.Monitor distributor promotional plans and distribution improvements.Analyze internal sales and distributor sell-in data to calculate sales forecasts.Understand international cleaning habits by conducting consumer studies.Contribute to the development of international product and packaging assortments.Control the budget allocated for each country.What we offer:Long-term employment relationship.Career growth opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE).Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG or in marketing and trade marketing roles.Required skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Nielsen databases. Valuable: SAP.Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
