The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share within the Catering sector.
This role involves data analysis, having a good understanding of the category, identifying market opportunities and collaborating with sales teams, clients and external agencies to develop targeted marketing campaigns and support sales efforts.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and overall brand messaging to increase product awareness and generate leads in the catering segment.
Work closely with internal teams such as brand marketing, sales and supply chain to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing programs within the catering channel.
Assume and live the Red Bull OP culture. Art of Musketeering spirit at the base of all action. Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients, understanding their business requirements and providing the marketing tools such as tailored presentations, POS material strategy and marketing assets to ensure a win-win.
Be able to analyze the category through data and translate the input into an activation strategy, searching for the appropriate insights in the category and segment for an insight-driven trade marketing strategy.
Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the catering industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with specific knowledge of the catering channel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Data & category analysis to actionable insights.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
