At Goodyear Iberia, we want to expand our team.
Specifically, we are looking for a person who wants to grow with us, adding value within the Consumer business unit as Trade Marketing Manager.
Tasks: Definition and implementation of the customer annual marketing plans, using geoanalytics tools to finetune customer national plans per geography scope, as well as build and present related customer story to support the sell-in process.
Analysis of total brands portfolio performance at customer level and transforming it into clear action plans.
Leverage sell-in and sell-out data via internal and external tools such as GFK, Europool, and Geoanalytics platform.
Act as the voice of the customer internally to ensure we address their needs effectively.
Gather customer needs in terms of product lineup, assess potential across all other customers and brief the European product team accordingly.
Be the voice of the brands and product portfolio at customer level.
Support related account manager and leverage European core value proposition and be in charge of the annual customer value proposition customization.
Contribute to AOP and S&OP process, defining and tracking customer objectives jointly with related key accounts.
Translate distribution and activation ambition per customer, brand, and segment into detailed volume projection.
Minimum Requirements: Education: Required - University Degree (preferred in Business Studies, HR, or Marketing) Desired - Master degree (preferred in Business Studies, HR, or Marketing) Languages: Required - English and Spanish Desired - Portuguese Experience: Min 5 years of experience in marketing, sales management in a cross-functional environment.
Passion for marketing with a proven record of delivering results.
Consumer-centric approach experience.
Previous experience in B2B marketing.
Experience managing and optimizing the budget allocation for the categories under charge.
Skills & Qualifications: Strategic influencing.
Strong communication and presentation skills, and can work at all levels across the organization.
