The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all trade marketing activities, developing strategic partnerships with retailers, and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing assets.
This role is crucial in enhancing our trade presence, driving sales, and fostering strong retailer relationships.Responsibilities and DutiesProject Management:Oversee all trade marketing projects from inception to completion.Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.Coordinate with internal teams to align trade activities with overall marketing strategy.Retail Partnerships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.Negotiate agreements and partnerships to maximize product visibility and sales.Work closely with retailers to secure prime shelf space and promotional opportunities.Marketing Campaigns:Plan and execute cohesive trade marketing campaigns tailored to specific retail environments.Develop in-store promotional materials, displays, and point-of-sale assets.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.Performance Analysis:Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize future campaigns.Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Collaboration and Communication:Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing and sales teams.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.Qualifications/Experience/CompetencyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles, preferably within the video game or entertainment industry.Proven track record of managing trade marketing projects and driving successful retail partnerships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.At Outright Games, we are committed to promoting gender equality and ensuring equal opportunities for all individuals in our hiring and employment practices
