Join the France-Iberia omnichannel trade marketing team and help drive our mission: ensure the best visibility of our products to increase conversion and boost our sales.Core Responsibilities:On a France - Iberia perimeter:Proactively own & drive commercial performance analysis of delivered campaigns to identify what's working / what's not and inspire change.Measure trade marketing spend effectiveness: analyze and write improvement recommendations.Set-up and follow-up the offline and online execution tracking systems.Be the owner of the LEGO instore concept at 3rd parties in collaboration with the regional team - write the strategy, define and implement the roll-out plan.Be expert of the shopper, seek insights through studies, news articles, etc.Bring the outside in - proactively look for retail marketing innovations in the e-Commerce & Omni-channel spaces.Work closely with brand management, customer development, sales, field sales and regional team.Play your part in our team succeeding:Reporting to the Director Trade Marketing France-Iberia, this role is part of the marketing function. The trade marketing team is responsible for the shopper experience and the LEGO brand expression on sales points (physical or online). It defines, develops and executes the activation strategy of all the LEGO franchises on offline and online distribution channels. This role will contribute to the Trade Marketing activity by ensuring high quality of the execution and checking performance of the campaigns deployed on an omnichannel scope.Do you have what it takes?Proven experience within a retail/e-Commerce marketing role (consumer packaged goods). Experience in digital content marketing.Commercial savvy - operates with a scarcity & efficiency approach. Proactively seeks to identify areas of how / where TM investments can be optimised to improve returns for the company.Takes initiative, recognises and acts on opportunities.
