As a TMM Analytics with Reckitt, you'll have the freedom to own the strategy and see the results in stores around the world.Trade Analytics will play a key role within Sales team, in three pillars: - Tracking: taking the ownership of KPI's tracking, challenging status-quo and bringing learning for the company in order to transform opportunities into actions.
- Analytics: co-leading shopper analytics, category management and efficiency projects.
The objective is to build expert knowledge in our key categories and sharing this with the Trade Team/Top Customers in order to enhance long-term partnerships and increase profit and sales.
- Revenue Management: the role will also step-up revenue management expertise, including promo, pricing and mix analysis.Main ResponsibilitiesTracking:-Owner of Tracking amp; Action Plan meeting, providing a clear diagnosis on where the opportunities are for Sales Team; -Challenge andpropose corrective actions on Trade Marketing KPI's-Analytics:-Co-leading shopper insights analysis to leverage category/channel understanding to support strategy definition-Support on the design, development and execution of Catman projects in selected Customers.-Revenue:-Leading promotion strategy analysis to increase revenue and optimize ROI (displays and promopacks), combining Finance expertise with business needs-E2E GM Expansion POS Project participation.-Others-Part of team engagement ensuring Company's Purpose and values and Country's vision is real.-Leverage the Company's culture by becoming a role model.KPIs-Growth of net revenue and management of gross margin by customer.-Effectively managing and driving Reckitt Benckiser's presence in highly competitive categories.-Competing in an increasingly competitive environment to achieve a leading position (category champion) in Reckitt Benckiser's key categories.-Translating brand marketing actions into winning customer marketing actions.You'll love it because… …you'll get to make an impact like never before.

US Additional requirementsProfessional Skills and Competencies - Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject – from a recognized University.
- The business language in RB is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential.
