Under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Manager, as Trade Marketing Executive your mission will be to craft luxury experiences with our Trade partner accounts in a highly dynamic environment.
Responsible for the creation and execution of activations and visibility projects across all MH brands, you will champion High Energy areas and act as key point of communication between Sales & Marketing teams.
ProfileSimplification & TransparencyAccountable for allocation, follow-up, phasing and landing of the A&P budgets in their area.Maximize and improve the use of POSM materials in a sustainable way.Detect and propose simplification initiatives (i.e.
processes, tools, communication) to improve transversal collaboration across marketing and commercial teams.Conciliate Sales & Marketing needsBecome a trade expert and identify growth opportunities, monitoring competition and trends.Champion the On Trade high energy channel strategy with a hands-on, "less is more" approach and a capability to prioritize key projects with tangible business impact.Support the Sales Team to reach portfolio targets, connecting client needs with brand proposals and MH priorities.
Create and present initiatives to drive growth of our brands in key On Trade clients.Work closely with Brand teams to develop activation mechanics in line with customer needs.
Identify and recommend investment priorities and platforms.Brilliant execution on the points of saleEnsure brilliant execution of all trade projects & activations within your assigned geographical areas, from agency briefs and production to implementation and monitoring, being on top of all operational tasks in a very dynamic environment.Build and maintain an efficient network of agencies (creative and merchandising) ensuring MH Audit full compliance.Additional InformationLanguages: Fluent Spanish and English are required.
French is a plus.Professional experience & know how: Minimum of 5 years' experience - operational marketing and/or sales experience.Other competencies:On/Off Trade market knowledge, preferably within the wine, spirits or soft drinks industries.Strong leadership & decision making skills.Presentation skills.IT Literate - strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Package especially Excel, PPT, Adobe Editor.Analytical mindset.Personal & interpersonal skills:Resolution of conflicts & communication skills, good empathy and capacity to deal with a wide array of stakeholders.Rigorous and organised, thrive for excellence, drive for results.Proactive attitude, curious mindset, desire to constantly improve.Sense of creativity and design, understanding luxury standards.Positive and constructive attitude, teamwork.Stress management, ability to deal with pressure and deadlines.Based in Barcelona.
