We are looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The main objective of the job is to increase our high added value sales, margin, and reputation within the independent ECPs in Spain by coordinating a team of 2 people.
Responsibilities: Team Management: Coordination of a team of 2 trade marketing specialists.
Manage Loyalty Programs: In charge of the maintenance of our loyalty program which includes more than 1,400 high profile independent clients.
Manage Different Channels: Chains, top accounts, and independent opticians.
Marketing Plan: Design and execute annual plans of B2B and B2C activation for our partners.
Develop New Services: Design the strategy and manage the implementation of new services to our clients.
Support the Sales Force: Assist KA, TOP, and DOM to push sales.
Analysis: Develop KPIs to follow the performance of loyalty programs.
Communication: Maintain active B2B communication with our clients to create excitement and promote engagement.
Events: Manage the organization of professional B2B events that gather up to 350 people.
Marketing Partner: Help the best clients of the company to develop their own marketing strategy and campaigns.
Adapt International Strategies: Adapt international strategies for our local market.
Compliance: Comply with Group policies, standards & principles, and values.
What We Are Looking For: Educational Background in Business or Marketing.
Solid experience in B2B Marketing.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communicator.
Analytical skills.
Teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
