.Job Overview: Responsible for executing and coordinating trade marketing activities within a specific geographic area to enhance brand presence, increase product visibility, and drive sales at retail and wholesale locations. The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all promotional activities, displays, and campaigns are effective and provide a high return on investment.Duties & Responsibilities:Trade Marketing ExecutionCoordinate and implement trade marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and merchandising activities.Ensure the consistent execution of brand standards across retail and wholesale channels.Work closely with sales teams to align trade activities with overall sales targets and objectives.Area Strategy DevelopmentAssist in developing trade marketing strategies tailored to the local market and consumer preferences.Identify key retail locations and high-potential channels for promoting brand visibility and product awareness.Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to adjust strategies based on market feedback and performance.Promotions & CampaignsExecute promotional campaigns, retailer incentives, and product launches to drive engagement at the point of sale.Monitor and track the performance of promotional activities and campaigns to ensure they meet target objectives.Gather feedback from retailers and distributors to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Sales and Retailer SupportBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to maximize campaign success.Train and support retail staff on merchandising guidelines, promotional displays, and brand messaging.Provide field support to address any issues and ensure smooth implementation of trade marketing activities.Market Analysis & InsightsConduct regular market visits to assess retail conditions, gather customer insights, and observe competitor activities.Analyze market data and sales reports to identify trends and adjust trade marketing activities accordingly.Provide actionable feedback to the Trade Marketing Manager on local market conditions and campaign effectiveness.Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare and submit regular reports on trade marketing performance, including sales uplift, promotional ROI, and campaign success metrics.Track inventory levels for POS materials and promotional items, ensuring they are available and replenished as needed.Present insights on the success of trade marketing initiatives to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinator role is an advantage.Strong leadership and organizational skills
