What is our proposal? At the B2B department of Exoticca, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Associate focused on the relations and communications with our B2B partners (Travel Agencies, Host Agencies, Consortiums, and TTOOs) with the objective of maximizing their engagement with Exoticca products and revenue generation.
We focus on building relations with all our partners, primarily in North and South America, implementing the Marketing Strategy through various channels via state-of-the-art technology, and providing support for the sales teams in these regions.
In total coordination with our Marketing decision-makers on the field, you will provide the B2B stakeholders with the following tasks:
Preparing and coordinating brochure generation.Coordination of visual merchandising for partners (roll-ups, posters, etc.
).Commercial communications of destinations and promotions via PDF and CRM.Organization of training for the Agents Portal and Destinations.Organization of webinars.Coordination of fam trips for agents.Organization of trade fairs (documentation, visuals, meetings, etc.
).Creation, confirmation, and implementation of marketing actions.Registration of new partners and agents.Coordination with marketing campaigns to acquire and engage agents. Requirements: Min.
1-2 years experience in B2B or Trade Marketing.Strong ability to work in a team and align cross-functionally under a win-win-win model.Drive to perform and deliver results, quantitatively and qualitatively.High autonomy and self-motivation to make a difference.Copy and content generation are important requirements.Strong knowledge of Excel and Docs is a must.Organization, enthusiasm for detail, analysis, and statistics are a must.Proficiency in English and Spanish is needed.Strong knowledge of Travel Agencies and Marketing. Nice to have: Fluency in other languages will be considered.Full proficiency in Marketing Tools (PWP, Adobe, CRM, etc.
).Knowledge of the US and SA markets is a plus.
