This position has direct accountability for the business results of its location with respect to profitability, penetration, and/or volume within a specific account, segment, geographic area, product, or line of business.Establish a book of Middle Market accounts and implement a commercial action plan across the business area. Identify growth opportunities in the focus markets and execute jointly with brokers and distribution teams.Consistently achieve growth and return objectives across the area of responsibility – focus on Spain. Work together with all functions of the Trade Credit organization including Credit Officers.Manage the self-established portfolio and assigned accounts in line with underwriting strategy and adhering to underwriting standards.Monitor market movements and refine adaptation of local business plans.Cooperate with Portfolio Manager Europe on Middle Market account management and broker partnerships.Team building and common growth strategy with Distribution.What we're looking for: Bachelors degree in Economics, Law, or MBA. Fluent English skills (written & spoken). Proven business acumen and successful commercial career experiences. Ability to work in a matrix organization. Analytical and project management skills. Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proven skills in building relationships internally and externally. Ability to take the initiative to seek and achieve profitability across Spain and possibly multiple countries. Team player and motivated personality. Result driven.
