We are seeking an experienced Tracker Geotechnical Head in Madrid to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects and business operations. Key Responsibilities Leverage expertise in tracker products and PV industry civil construction, with advanced proficiency in software such as L-Pile, RsPile , and other engineering tools. Apply extensive knowledge of European, Australian, American, and emerging regional civil construction codes and standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments of atmospheric and soil corrosion , pile length estimation , and civil foundation design , while managing drawing validation and bidding processes. Address and resolve technical challenges from third-party auditors, owners, and customers during the design and construction phases. Identify and mitigate system risks and design issues across diverse standards, providing innovative solutions and prevention strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor insights to integrate technical standards and solutions that improve product competitiveness and project profitability during pre-sales technical discussions. Lead and manage technical teams to foster skill development, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration across departments, driving operational efficiency.
