Tr-336 Senior Workday Integration Consultant

Detailed Scope of Work • We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Consultant.

• The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Workday integration development, including post-production support and integrating systems with third-party vendors.

• The candidate should have solid knowledge and experience with the Workday integration stack, including:

Workday connectors EIB Data Transformation Workday Studio Workday Data Migration Methodology Calculated Fields PECI/WECI connectors RaaS Workday Security • The candidate should have knowledge of the standard integration technology stack, including:

XML XSLT JSON Basic Java Web Services SOAP REST • The candidate should have Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) and must have an active Workday Integration Certification.

• The candidate should have Business Process Knowledge: Understand how business processes are configured and managed within Workday.

• The candidate must be able to provide training to key users.

• The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• The candidate must be able to run unit tests, integration tests, and support users during the User Acceptance Test (UAT).

• The candidate must be able to document business requirements or integration changes/new projects in Confluence.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.

• The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

• Flexibility to work in a multi-language and multi-cultural environment is essential.

• Great communication abilities are required.

Level of Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Workday integration stack.
