Job Summary 5 years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst in digital projects.- Technical background with experience in the development world, ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code).- Language:- English and Spanish.- Knowledge of one or more banking products/processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth, onboarding).
Responsibilities - Functional definition of initiatives, epics, and user stories and manage their development and deliveries, supporting the development team and working hand in hand with the team's Software Manager.- Ensure that the team's planning is aligned with the priorities set in the project.- Taking requirements.- Requirements planning.- Equipment sizing.- Monitoring of team developments.- Preparation, monitoring, and validation of testing.- Package requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environments.- Incident management.- Internal reporting and KPI monitoring.
