Workload: 100% Axpo Services EMEA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Catalogue Manager to oversee our IT service catalogue life-cycle. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing, maintaining, and improving our IT service catalogue, ensuring a seamless and efficient IT service delivery. What you will doDefine, design, and maintain the service catalogue, including the customer-facing catalog.Understand and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.Continually improve the service catalogue structure, automation, and views.Cooperate effectively with other teams and roles within the organization.Drive continual process improvement initiatives.Ensure the maintenance of various service catalogues, ensuring they are customer-oriented.Provide reliable service and product cost information for project planning.Regularly publish and communicate new catalogue items.Propose and implement catalogue optimization initiatives.What you bring & who you areITIL Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification (minimum ITIL 4 Foundation).Minimum of 2 years of profound experience in IT Service Catalogue Management.Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.Expertise in IT service management practices based on ITIL 4.Proven ability to contribute to process design and implementation in complex environments.Effective communication skills tailored to various stakeholders.Proficiency in English; German is a plus.About the TeamJoining the IT Transformation & Customer Success team, you will collaborate with service management, procurement, finance, and others to ensure efficient IT operational processes.
