Working at risk means doing it from a management perspective that contributes to the sustainable progress of people and businesses.
The main responsibilities of the position include: Provide a consolidated view of TPRM risk profile Engage with local 2LOD and Global 1LOD to ensure alignment and common methodologies Coordinate TOH and RAS metrics process and challenge risk appetite and limits.
Participate and ensure the implementation of the actions plans defined by the 1LoD in order to meet the DORA requirements Support regulatory exercises Coordinate TPRM and Resilience 2LOD RCSA, reviewing reference risk, consolidating results and monitoring risk mitigation Monitor the actions plans defined by the units in order to guarantee the coherence between their inventories and information in the TPRM tool (SARA) Oversee internal and external audits and recommendations Automate risk management processes and generate consolidated information dashboards Experience +2 years' experience Education Relevant academic qualifications in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics university degree) Skills Knowledge on Heracles application and experience using ARK@ (OR-BCM application).
Ability to identify risks and analytical orientation understanding regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
