As the Technical Product Communications Manager at 360dialog, you will be responsible for leading the product communications team, which has the goal to inform, enable, and leverage potential and current customers around the WhatsApp Business API and 360dialog products.

Your role and responsibilitiesCreate, aggregate and communicate all the necessary content and information that our customers require to run a successful WhatsApp API operation.Work with our existing and potential customers, enabling them to use our solutions to the best and fullest extent.Rethink workflows, use cases, and problems to ensure a seamless and efficient internal and external communication.Engage with the product team, growth managers, sales managers, and customer support to understand what features and topics drive our business.Create and share technical documentation and product roadmap, including all new features and functions that 360dialog and WhatsApp are releasing.Stay informed about the official WhatsApp Business API and other relevant market changes.Provide direction to stakeholders and ensure that the team is always updated on relevant changes. Your profile - basic qualificationsExperience with APIs and messaging.Experience with technical product documentation and communication of scalable software.Digital: you are comfortable with everything digital, tech, web, mobile.
You demonstrate a good understanding of the overall messenger ecosystems.Good educational and professional background (technical background preferred).Fluent in English, written and spoken.Interest in learning about new technologies and communication strategies (translating technical language into customer-friendly language).Entrepreneurial thinking: always searching for opportunities and ways to improve your team and the company. Your profile - preferred/optional qualificationsPrior experience with WhatsApp Business API.Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, German, and/or Russian.SEO/SEM, Digital Marketing experience.
