In the SEA; Warranty Management, we are looking for an Offshore Warranty Manager, preferably located in our French offices, who has an interest and experience in contract claim management.
The Warranty Management team is responsible for customer settlements in both technical, commercial, and legal matters.

You will manage all obligations and rights in our contracts; therefore, you need to evaluate all risks and secure proactive risk management.
Furthermore, you will actively take a leading role in negotiations with our customers.
You will also participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the team in developing and implementing new strategic projects in the warranty management organization.
Expect 15-20 traveling days per year.What you need to make a differenceAn open-minded and strong team player, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain a strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
You are proactive and thrive in delivering results within a timely manner and with a high standard.
You should have the ability to understand legal, commercial, and technical issues and to negotiate with customers in a trustworthy atmosphere.
You possess a strong interest in understanding the business models and challenges of customers and in identifying opportunities to create value for them.
Furthermore, you have a strong technical background at bachelor's or master's level, combined with a minimum of 5+ years' professional experience in handling multinational customers.
You have solid experience with both commercial and technical risk management.
