Everything you do has an impact on other humans; do it well.TareasWhat you will be doing?Lead all phases of the sales cycle for potential B2B tourism boards: identify and develop decision makers, qualify and understand their needs, meet with decision makers, develop value proposition, structure deals, negotiate deal points, negotiate contracts, and close.Work hand in hand with the most important tourism boards such as Chile, Cuba, Colombia, Maldives, Spain, Tanzania.Expand worldwide one of the leading travel technologies for trip planning, generating high impact over those destinations.Think creatively and use consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.Identify, navigate and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiations with tourism-related government representatives.Work alongside and oversee the timely transfer of new clients to either Product Expert and/or Customer Experience Team.You will be working across the globe, so flexibility in scheduling will be necessary to achieve all the goals.RequisitosThe perfect candidateHave experience in B2B sales roles at SaaS-based companies.Experience working on a global scale and building high-level relationships with different cultures. A very nice to have is: experience offering products or services to institutions and governments.A person with the ability to work autonomously with a very problem-solving mindset.Fluency with CRM and sales pipeline tracking.Ability to communicate and negotiate with very diverse cultural profiles.Fluent English is a must.BeneficiosFixed salary based on your working experience + performance commissions.Full-time indefinite-term employment contract.Full remote role.
