TUI Iberia is looking for a Tour Operations Product Analyst in Madrid.
What you'll be doingLook for efficiency within Web Content SQUAD by reviewing setup process and proposing improvements.Monitor the products and ensure all products have the right information and conditions to be booked.Compare prices offered in B2B Web vs TUI Booking department (Offline) and ensure competitive rates.Identify B2B Web pain points, reproduce, report, chase any incidences, and propose solutions to increase sales conversion.Proactively create pricing and data reports and identify opportunities for improvement.About youRelevant professional experience in online product department (B2B Tourism).Strong troubleshooting skills and comfortable working with multi-teams.Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.Ability to be an agent of business transformation.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Team player, self-motivated, flexible, and highly resourceful individual.Positive attitude.Very fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).At TUI, we know people are as diverse as the destinations we send our customers to.
