A traveler may lose their passport, need medical attention, or there may be a clash of personalities and you will be the first point of callHost, lead and execute tours to budget, following the itinerary and fulfil your administrative dutiesBe passionate about travel and share your love of it with our customersTo be considered you must have:Excellent communication in English and ideally one other local language (the more the better!)Strong customer service experience and experience in developing a rapport with a broad range of travelersHave travel experience through Spain, Portugal and are passionate about sharing these regions with our travellers!Have basic computer skills – including email, work, and excel experienceFull rights to work across these regionsWhat you need to know:This is a freelance contract position, which will give you flexibility in when and how you work however, great availability across peak seasons (May to June & September to October) is a must-haveYou will need a valid first-aid certificate prior to starting with usWe are recruiting for leaders now with training commencing from June onwardsWith extended hours, lots of walking and activities, and engaging with travellers, so, it's important that you are prepared both mentally and physically for the challenge!You'll need the ability to travel and spend time away from home, as our leaders often travel for extensive periods at a time as some tours can span up to four weeks.You will be running tours through Spain and Portugal, on occasion, you may get the opportunity to run tours through Western Europe.
