After several successful years, we're looking to enhance and expand our offerings, and we need a Tour Guide Team Coordinator to lead and optimize the management of our team of guides.

What are we looking for?
We're seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in tourism, events, or related services.
This role is crucial to ensure our daily operations run efficiently, that our guides deliver excellent service, and that we continue growing while maintaining the quality we're known for.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the team of tour guides, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
Ensure that guides adhere to the company's quality and service standards.
Manage internal communication with the guide team, addressing questions, incidents, and day-to-day needs.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the planning and execution of experiences.
Train and motivate the team to foster a positive and excellence-driven work environment.
Role Objectives: Increase the quality and quantity of client reviews through continuous training and motivation of the guides.
Encourage cross-selling by motivating the team to promote additional services.
Maintain high standards of knowledge and training within the guide team, ensuring they are always up-to-date and prepared.
Requirements: Proven experience leading and managing teams or groups.
High level of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Several years of experience as a tour guide in Barcelona, with in-depth knowledge of the city.
Basic technical skills, especially with tools like Excel and scheduling software.
Organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
